EarthNodes Team: The team is progressing well toward the public testnet launch after successfully rotating leaders in AyA. #EarthNode Operators will soon have access to the testnet, and our current focus is on finalising staking, smart contracts, and consensus enhancements.
The Network Nodes & Services Team: Beginning to integrate Pakistan into our operations, focusing on unique KYC requirements and a payment gateway. Scan for Points is entering a new phase with a hexagonal layout for revolutionary mapping solutions. Our DID browser extension is in testing, and we're developing an eSIM marketplace for private testing in August.
The Native Apps Team: Continuing to improve our #Android app based on valuable closed beta feedback, addressing bugs and enhancing the UX/UI. Expanded our global outreach, customising user experiences by country. iOS app development is set to start soon after finalising the concept.
The Cloud & Systems Engineering Team: Focused on upgrading and upscaling. Shifting development efforts to NATS to replace MQTT for better performance and efficiency. Also migrating to Kubernetes to align with modern cloud practises, with some systems already successfully moved. We've implemented end-to-end testing for quality assurance.
The InfoSec Team: Celebrated a successful tenant migration and prioritised safety through system audits, ensuring ongoing platform integrity and security.
